In order for you to be able to purchase items from LightBulbDepot.com
you must read and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
General: Prices in effect at time of shipment, subject to change
without notice. Seller reserves the right to alter or amend these
terms and conditions at its sole discretion by giving notice of
the same to the Buyer.
Terms: Cash, Credit Cards: ( Visa,
Master Card, Discover, American Express ) Note: Net 30 days.
Freight charges are added to invoices. All Freight charges include packing and insurance.
Shipments will be held on any balance over 45 days. Interest at the maximum legal rate
will be charged on past-due accounts. Customer agrees to pay all cost of collection, including
court costs and attorney's fees
Special
Orders:
Payment in full or part may be required on any special order item before
it is ordered.
Cancellation:
Special order items are not cancelable.
Returns: Merchandise
cannot be returned without written consent of seller. Request for permission
to return must be made within 30 days after receipt of shipment.
All merchandise returned without authorization will be refused.
All merchandise returned is subject to a 25% restocking charge,
plus any freight charges incurred. Only full unopened cartons can
be considered for return. No returns will be allowed on any special
order items. Note: Contact your Sales Representative for your returned
goods authorization that must accompany your returns.
Warranty: All products purchased are warranted to be free of defect
in material and workmanship in normal use. Products should only be used in
appropriate equipment designed with those products and constructed for use with
such products. Improper or abnormal use or use in defective equipment voids
all warranty. In the case of defective material or workmanship, we will at
our sole option, repair or replace. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDY SET FORTH
HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND EXCLUDE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR REMEDIES.
Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for
it any other obligation or liability or to grant any additional warranty.
Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from seller any consequential damage,
damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time,
loss of profits or income or any other incidental damages.
Customer Satisfaction:
Our lamps are produced in numerous plants throughout the U.S. and the world. Our
lamps are manufactured with the highest quality of materials and
stringent workmanship. Some lamps are manufactured for certain requirements which may
effect the performance on other applications.
Due to many improvements and alterations for quality and other
conditions beyond our control, current ratings may vary from
published material.
All Sales are made for customer's satisfaction subject to our return policy.
If a particular use is contemplated by a purchaser, we
suggest that a sample be ordered for inspection and approval.
Shipment: We
reserve the right to use our own discretion, as to which carrier
is to be used on any freight allowed shipment. Shipment will be
made in any manner requested by the customer, if the customer will
assume any additional transportation cost. Freight will be prepaid
to any destination in the continental United States on orders totaling
$1,000.00 or more. Above terms, conditions and warranties are final.

Damage
And Shortage Claims:
Our responsibility for safe delivery ceases
when the transportation company receives shipment in good condition.
We will, however, make a claim for you if have you correctly notated
any damage or shortage on the bill of lading. All notations for
damage or shortage must be signed by driver delivering freight
to you. Make sure the driver signs your copy! You must send
us a copy of the notated freight bill within 48 hours. If you fail
to do any of the above, you will have to pay us for the merchandise
in question in full. Any damage or shortage by United Parcel Service
should be accepted by you and reported to us the same day received
and we will credit your account.
